This should completely remove lib/dom with the exception of
lib/html/templates/dom/native, which we can remove when we hear back from the
Dartium folk. I figure we can further clean up the paths in the lib/html
directory once this big change is in. 

One important thing to look into to make sure I'm doing this correctly:

Now that I've combined all of the src directories, in line 47 of
dartdomgenerator.py, we call LoadAuxiliary on our combined src directory. In
dartgenerator.py line 225 you see where we skip already existing "auxiliary
files." As a result, we now "skip" more files because there are more files in
the new lib/html/src that weren't in lib/dom/src. As a result, the files
lib/html/dartium/html_dartium.dart and lib/html/dartium/html_dart2js.dart don't
contain code anymore for things like "CompositionEvent" because it's in the
lib/html/src directory. Is this actually what we want? If not, we may need two
different "src" directories for the files that were originally in lib/dom/src.

Most files in lib/html/src aren't used at all. I have a pending change to remove
them http://codereview.chromium.org/10910129/.

I believe that html_dart2js.dart and html_dartium.dart shouldn't change as a
result of removing lib/dom directory. So could you please rearrange imports in
html_*.darttemplate in a separate change and make sure generated files don't
change?

PTAL. This is identical to my previous version with the exception that I did NOT
re-alphabetize the #sources in html_dart2js.darttemplate and
html_dartium.darttemplate like I did in the previous version of this CL because
that changes the appearance of html_dart2js.dart and html_dartium.dart
