Revert "Make sure we do not try to run main() before the document has been fully loaded." This reverts commit r9434. It appears the r9434 is breaking samples in the editor: https://groups.google.com/a/dartlang.org/forum/?fromgroups#!topic/misc/Fvr73o2E_5o Devon has verified that undoing this fixes the problem.
