This will allow dart:nativewrappers to be resolved without errors, but any
references to methods in that library will be highlighted as unresolved in the
editor.  I am not sure of the purpose of this library, so this point may be moot
 (is it meant to provide methods usable by end users?)  If all references are
within other system libraries, there is no problem.

This library is provided by Dart VM for embedding purposes. It only declares
classes named NativeFieldWrapperClassN which have N internal fields accessible
from c++ and no Dart members.
